You can’t visit Miami without seeing the undeniably popular South Ocean side seashores.I’m certain you’ve seen them on CSI Miami—or in a Pitbull video! Perhaps more famous for the bizarre people who observe than for the ocean itself, anything goes here.
The most famous public seashores are at the southern tip of the South Ocean side, around Third Road. It is alright to go topless here.
Walk further north around the eighth road, and you’ll be within walking distance of bars and cafés. Around the fourteenth road and north, things are a little calmer, with a large portion of the seashore loaded with seats for the inn visitors. Some hotels will allow you to stay for a fee.
The beach is probably on everyone’s list of the best things to do in Miami, both visitors and locals!
