The Ferrari F8 Tributo, as its name proposes, is a recognition for its honor winning 3.9-liter eight-chamber motor. Yet, it’s something beyond a pen name. With the force of a 488 Pista under the hood, the 488 GTB’s substitution is the most recent in a long line of Maranello-fabricated “berlinetta” models. Or, on the other hand, two-seat, mid-engined sports vehicles like the 458 Italia or the 360 Modena, just to name a couple. Yet, prior to driving the F8 Tributo on Ferrari’s Fiorano test track and, all the more critically, releasing its noteworthy capacities (62 miles per hour in 2.9 seconds, 124 mph in 7.8 seconds, and a maximum velocity of 211 mph), I had the valuable chance to encounter this vehicle out and about. On a 124-mile course through the Apennine Mountains, only south of Bologna, Italy, comprised of sharp directional changes and quick bends, it’s not difficult to see that this horse’s 720-pound pull is shockingly instinctive.
