SALES MANAGERS
We are recruiting Sales Managers to join our expanding Dubai On-Trade Commercial team, developing sales of unrivalled wine and spirits brands in this fast growing, dynamic and prestigious market. Our customers cover all market segments and include world leading hospitality companies, from 7* hotels, to independent restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Ability to lead a dynamic team of Key Account Managers and Executives to deliver exceptional results for our key accounts, while expanding our market share through new business development.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS
This dynamic and exciting position will coordinate, develop and implement our business strategy for the On-Trade sales channel to achieve budgeted contribution and grow market share. We have established customer relationships and key accounts where you will host and execute events plus and proactively seek out opportunities to grow existing business. You will have a knowledge & passion of wines and spirits selling and WSET qualification is essential.
BRAND & CATEGORY MANAGERS
Experienced Marketing and Brand Ambassadors who will be responsible for all relationships, both internal and external as well as the marketing and communication of all relevant brands within the agency. Develop and execute the marketing plan and digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, effective sales and key relationship management.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Successful candidates will be contacted directly for interviews; you will be interviewed by the Sales Manager and relevant Business Unit Head for MMI. The final stage will involve a business case and assessment exercises.
